Bursting into Spring – Nature Connection Sessions Return! 🌿

As the seasons shift and the earth awakens, we welcome you back to our Roots to Oneness nature connection sessions, blending Forest School techniques with a holistic approach. These sessions offer a space where both children and adults can slow down, rewild, and reconnect with the magic of the natural world.

Starting March 14th, join us every Friday from 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM at the beautiful Newlina Gardens, St Newlyn East. Step outside, breathe deeply, and let nature guide us back to a simpler, more connected way of living.

What to Expect:

  • 🔥 Fire Gatherings – Cooking, sharing stories, and embracing community warmth.

  • 🌱 Seasonal Living – Learn how to grow food, forage, and live in rhythm with nature.

  • 🛖 Forest Bathing & Mindfulness – Slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect with the land.

  • 🦋 Child-Led Exploration – Encouraging curiosity, confidence, and adventure through free play.

  • 🌿 Craft & Creativity – Nature-inspired activities that nurture both hands and hearts.

These sessions go beyond outdoor play—they’re about creating a space where children thrive in the wild, adults can reconnect, and communities grow and support one another.
